Module wise setup checklist
Based on the scope agreed and signed off with the customer, the respective module templates can be used by the implementation partner to understand the process and map them on the system for initiating the system configuration. The templates are majorly divided into 4 areas:
a. Understanding the Organization Master and Employee Master
b. Module wise setup templates
c. Email templates
d. Report templates
Setting up the organization master and employee master is of utmost importance and the same drives the next steps of action.
At the end of this Phase, you will have a logical solution defined. The solution is "logical" because it exists in the desired templates. This logical solution is then passed to the Configuration Phase, where the logical solution is turned into a physical solution that can be tested by the user moving ahead.
